Ascent: Long distance peaks, waterfalls, lakes and sun - Triple Peak BC

A long Range FPV adventure. We found this almost 2km high peak sitting 2.5km away from our takeoff spot on an old logging road in the mountains of British Columbia. We were faced with some pretty challenging light conditions, with the sun shining directly at us most of the way up the mountain. It made it really tough to see, plus as you can see it affected the video output. In spite of this, it was a blast moutain surfing this spot! The mountain is called Triple Peak and is on Vancouver island.

After the anxiety of doing this flight and constantly losing video, we went here for a quick session to blow off some steam before the 3-4 hour drive home:
