what if lamar has already died in the mission lamar down in GTA V
sadly after lamar was kidnapped by the ballas he couldn't handle the pain anymore and franklin and trevor did come too late to be able to save lamar in time.
after lamar's death Franklin did promise stretch that he will burry the whole ballas gang because of what they did to his childhood friend Lamar.
RIP Lamar 1977-2013....
