Gluten Free Lemon Meringue with Grandma's Lemon Filling

This is not gardening but using the glut of lemons from my tree. I have an oversupply of lemons and this recipe is awesome so thought I'd share. The filling and the meringue top are the original recipe. For the non gluten free base see the instructions below.
Gluten Free Ingredients
2 lemons
2 eggs
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
350g of gluten free arrowroot biscuits
250g of Margarine
1/2 cup of white sugar
Grandma's original recipe base (not gluten free)
2/3 cup of plain flour
2/3 cup of self raising flour
2/3 cup of corn flour
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of milk
2 eggs
Sift flours, rub in butter, add sugar, milk and eggs. Knead and roll out.
Blind back for 10-15 minutes in the pie dish. Mix and add lemon filling and meringue as above.
