Ingredients required to make gram flour barfi
250 Grams gram flour
250ml Ghee
150 Grams of sugar
4 to 5 Cardamom seeds
Dry Fruits used here are Pistachio and almond.
How to make Besan Burfi:
First, heat the pan and cook the gram flour for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add ghee to the gram flour. How do you know that your gram flour is cooked? For this, you have to keep in mind that when your gram flour leaves the ghee, after that you only have to cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pro Tips: We must keep in mind that after leaving the gram flour ghee, it is only cooked for 2 to 3 minutes. You add sugar to another vessel and add water to it and heat it to medium heat. You have to put half the water from the quantity of sugar you have taken here. Our sugar syrup will be ready in about 4 to 5 minutes. We do not have to thicken it, we have to make the only one-stringed sauce.
Our barfi will not be able to be soft by making more thick syrup. To make Besan's Soft Barfi, you need to keep the syrup less than a wire as shown in our Besan's Barfi video.
Keep in mind that you have to cut your barfi within 10 minutes or else if it gets too cold then your barfi pieces will not be cut properly. In this way, your gram flour barfi will be easily prepared at home.
