This is a 60 minute energising and continuous vinyasa flow class. Expect to move and breathe in a constant, mindful flow that explores whole body movement with a special focus on hip lengthening and strengthening. Class begins with a short breath meditation to establish an even cadence to your breath, then flow and weave your way through mini heart openers, core lunges, twists, standing flow and balance before simmering down in bridge, reclined cobblers pose and a generous shavasana.
