Parts are 3D printed by HP MJF 3D printers with PA 12 Nylon Powers.
Heat resisting limit 175 C. Total weight is 38% less than the original parts.
Dual cooling design. The full comb consist two cooling systems, the upper fanduct cools the extududer gears to prevent gear clogging.
The lower fanduct with self lifting designs, automatically adjust the air vent height to cool off the extruded materials.
