t’s that time of year again! As winter settles in, it marks an exciting chapter for our team — the annual journey to France for the handover of our newest yachts.
We are thrilled to have just taken delivery of our brand-new Lagoon 38, Siga Siga, straight from the Lagoon shipyard in Les Sables-d’Olonne. Despite the freezing winter conditions, the moment was nothing short of special as we stepped aboard for our very first walkthrough of this impressive new model.
The 2026 Lagoon 38 represents a new generation of cruising catamarans, blending smart design, comfort, and ease of handling into a compact yet remarkably spacious platform. From the seamless indoor-outdoor living concept and panoramic saloon windows to the optimized sail plan and ergonomic helm station, every detail has been thoughtfully designed for modern cruising and charter use alike.
Walking through Siga Siga for the first time, we were immediately struck by the sense of light, space, and practicality — a true successor to Lagoon’s iconic models, and a catamaran perfectly suited for relaxed Mediterranean sailing. Even in the crisp winter air of the French Atlantic coast, the promise of future warm days at anchor and unforgettable voyages was already very real.
