Heavy bag boxing conditioning for cardio and stamina. Please post any questions in the comments.
30 seconds for each section. After the boxing section you can mix and match the exercises to be perfect for you. I've picked exercises that go well with my shoulder surgery recovery.
Do each section for 30 seconds then immediately move onto the next one. After you have done all 8 sections you can take a 1 minute rest.
