The national government in partnership with the World Bank and the government of Canada is set to roll out a new program aimed at empowering young people across Kenya with skills and employment opportunities. Labour and skills development principal secretary Shadrack Mwadime spoke during a public forum in Voi where he termed the initiative as one that is designed to ensure that no young person is left behind.
