Fear has been a paralysing emotion for me, all my life I’ve been scared to take decisions cause of the fear of consequences and the unknown and uncertainty around it but something really changed since I came across this concept! Fear can really be harnessed and used as your bodyguard and Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche says, try it and let me know how it goes! Always remember you’re bigger than your fears, your fears are only here to guide and protect you and to make you aware of the possible outcomes of the decisions so you can move accordingly, in the end you make the decision and live with the outcome, good or bad, it’s yours!
