Making Procedure:---
Taken 3 medium size ripen pineapple, wash them and dry completely.
Pileup 2 pineapple from top to bottom and clean all seeds & remove core portion.Then chop into small pieces.
After that place in a mixture grinder & make smooth puree of pineapple.
Now with the help of a spoon & strainer drain all puree & separate pulp discard them. Clear pineapple juices are ready for jam.
Fire on and set karhai & wait till proper temperature. When karhai is heated well then transfer pineapple juices into it & add 300gm sugar and mix them thoroughly.
Now cook in a low-medium flame for 15min. After some time when juices mixture is start boiling then add
Bay leafs.........3 pcs
Cloves.............4 bulb
Health benefits of Bay Leafs:----
Bay leaf extract are natural preservative for increasing the shelf life of food products.
Now froth layer will be appear,which need to remove and discard. Then cover and cook for 10min in a low-medium flame so that sugar will melt well. Now flame shift to medium to high.
Then cook in low-medium flame untill juices become thick. Stirr in between so that juices should not stick to the bottom of karhai.
Check the thickness of jam.
Then mixture is started to become thick and translucent. Again cover and cook for 5min,then lower the flame.
After some time off the flame & keep it to cool.
Now store in a airtight glass jar & keep in refrigerator to use atleast for 3 months.
