Red Velvet Whoopie Pies Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour (240g)
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
8 tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature (1/2c, 120g)
1 cup light brown sugar, packed (180g)
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk, at room temperature (240mL)
2 tsp red gel paste
