IF AUDIO IS NOT PLAYING, TRY THIS

pip install pyttsx3 pypiwin32
In the program add these lines to play the audio:
import pyttsx3
engine = pyttsx3.init()
engine.say("I will speak this text")
engine.runAndWait()
