1.8 kilos of apples cooking and eating apples
Lemon juice and zest (forget to edit in the zest but it goes in with the apples)
40 g butter
40g brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ - 1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Splash of water
1 small egg
Sugar for sprinkling
