Trying out tempest flurry. Previously I was using storm wave:
Storm Wave
Elemental Armament 2
Rage 3
Rapid Attacks 2
Pinpoint Critical
Lightning Pen
(I'm sure rakiata lineage support would fit in storm wave. Just not sure what to drop)
Overall, seems fun. The faster attacks feel really nice. Mana can be mostly solved by slotting efficiency instead of close combat since most of the damage seems to come from the charged staff shockwave anyways.
The mana problems here are worse than with storm wave but overall negligible either way because of the keystone.
