Bulblet ferns (Cystopteris bulbifera, bulbifera clade) are notable for their long (up to 5 feet) tapering triangular fronds, which looks like a streamer or pennant. But they are unusual for the bulblet/bulbil capabilities. When a plant is in a good place, cloning may the way to go.
