This video is Phase 2 of my Day-to-Day IT Support Home Lab Series, where I focus on real tasks performed by IT Support, Desktop Support, and Helpdesk teams in enterprise environments.
In this phase, I completed the full setup and validation of a Windows 11 Pro client machine (Laptop 2), joined it to an Active Directory domain, and tested real operational scenarios such as Group Policy application, network drive mapping, file server access, permissions, and Remote Desktop troubleshooting.
This lab is not theoretical. Every issue shown and fixed in this video is something IT Support professionals face daily in real organisations.
