Every minute, thousands of disposable cups are thrown away after just one use, creating massive environmental waste in Sri Lanka and around the world. In this video, we present BiteMe Cups, an innovative edible cup business idea designed to eliminate single-use cup waste while offering a fun and sustainable consumer experience. This presentation covers a complete feasibility study, including market feasibility, technical and operational feasibility, and financial, organizational, and legal feasibility. We explore the production process, zero-waste manufacturing approach, target market, competitive advantage, food safety compliance under Sri Lanka’s Food Act No. 26 of 1980, and the financial viability of the business. Based on our analysis, Bite Me Cups is concluded as a GO project environmentally responsible, socially relevant, and commercially viable.
