The art of reinvention: How a passion for always doing your best transformed into an educational vocation Jorge Alanís Villarreal has worked at the American School of Saltillo since 1999, serving as Middle School Director and, since 2005, as General Director. He holds a Master’s in Administration and Leadership from Universidad Autónoma del Noreste and is pursuing a Doctorate in Education. He has taught at various academic levels and currently teaches in a Master's program in Educational Innovation. Jorge is Treasurer and Council Member of ASOMEX and the Federation of Private Schools of Coahuila, and advisor to the state’s Higher Secondary Education Commission. He actively engages in community service and has attended numerous national and international educational seminars. He has also contributed to Lidere Consulting. Jorge lives in Saltillo with his wife Lili and daughters Mariana and Paola, and enjoys mountain biking, fishing, and archery.
