In the interests of continuous improvement we're introducing a split lock washer to the PALLAS utility knife, this has been prompted by several customers reporting that they have had issues with their bolt loosening, there's a wide spectrum of hand and finger strength dexterity among us, and to enable the maximum amount of people to use our products we've introduced this.
*To clarify, the Pallas will operate just fine without the use of the washer, however some customers will benefit from it's use in achieving the required torque to keep the bolt firmly done up.
Washers will be included as standard with all future Pallas sales, replacement washers will be available for a single penny on our website (the website won't allow us to charge zero for some reason)
