I see a lot of comments about how today's tennis professionals hit much harder than the players of the past. Watch this US Open Final to see just how hard Connors and Borg were hitting the balls. Borg is using a wooden racquet and Connors a steel frame. Would today's modern racquets have made a difference.?

Connors versus Borg was always a good comparison between flat stokes versus heavy topspin.
