How's your Ramadan so far? Please try this recipe, it is so good!
Claypot Rice is one of the dishes by Malaysian Chinese.
They have marinated chicken, salted fish and mushrooms in it and the best part is the rice crust!
Seasoned well your marinade and enjoy during rainy day :)

CLAYPOT RICE
Servings : 3-4 pax
tbp = tablespoon
tsp = teaspoon
Marinade Ingredients :
Chicken
2 tbs light soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp chicken stock powder
1 garlic clove
1 inch ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs corn flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 dried chillies
Spring onions
Shitake mushrooms
Rice :
3/4 cups white rice
1 cup of water
1 tsp cooking oil
Drizzle sauce :
1 1/2 tbs light soy sauce
2-3 tbs dark soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
