My ‘DJ & BMX 4 Fun & Fitness’ blog and Youtube channel are all about keeping our original BMX spirit alive and well! Racing, SE Racing, JMC Racing, Torker, Mongoose, Hutch, CW, GT, Dyno, Redline, Profile Racing, Skyway, Hi Tech, Supercross, Haro, Diamond Back, Kuwahara, Robinson, and more, then you know exactly what I am talking about!

When we watch videos on Youtube from channels like Dirty Knobs Podcast, Mossie Rides Bikes, The Nostalgic Neighborhood, Rad BMX Builds, RadMattic [Super Rad BMX Podcast], and more, it is both a wonderful trip down memory lane and an important invitation for us all to grow our BMX spirit forward in life! Whether we take it forward with more and more riding or we choose to express our BMX spirit it in other ways, one thing certainly remains true:

Our individual, and collective, ability to keep this BMX spirit ‘alive and well’ equals our own unique ability to grow and maintain this joyful sense of ‘freedom and adventure’ deep into adulthood [and well beyond]! Think about that for just a moment! Think about how important it is for us to enjoy being healthy and fit enough to pass this kind of positive energy on to our children and grandchildren!

So, when you are old enough to remember movies from childhood such as E.T. [1982], BMX Bandits [1983], Goonies [1985], and RAD [1986], that all included at least one ‘sign of the times’ reference to BMX culture [, then you are old enough to know just how important it is for us all to work together and keep this simple, happy and healthy sense of ‘freedom and adventure’ going in life, and going strong!
