In the nineties, you could get low quality VHS compilations of (mostly) public domain cartoons at any dollar store. This video started out as a 30 minute clip compilation from 100 or so cartoons sourced from these videotapes- but, my old computer doesn't have enough memory for such a task. Therefore, this was simplified to a couple dozen cartoons and shortened to about fifteen minutes. There will be future volumes. A lot of care and effort went into making the segments flow somewhat logically, that the clock reads 1:00 at the one minute mark etc.
Please do your own research to verify public domain status before using any of these cartoons for your own commercial use.
Some of these segments may not be suitable for children or the easily offended etc, These cartoons were created a long time ago and societal norms change.
