The premise also has got an accommodation option called Bamboo house which is shaped like a ship having upper and lower deck housing few rooms.

There are two properties in Tarkarli maintained by MTDC (Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation) - one is this one which is MTDC Tarkarli Beach Resort, and another one is located on the bank of Karli river in Malvan, named MTDC Indian Institute of Scuba Diving and Aquatic Sports (IISDA).
