In this session, I will be sending healing energy to remove blockages that are keeping you in a state of resistance and a need to control outcomes. By releasing all of this, you will better be able to surrender to the flow, build trust in the universe allow it to guide you.

When I went on my soul journey throughout parts of Asia, I first felt this undying need to plan, make sure everything was set. Everyone around me kept telling me not to worry...to step into flow. I needed to surrender and step out of the mindset that things wouldn't work out if there wasn't a plan. I released so much stress. I was free of the confined of my own mind. I felt lighter. I felt alive and in the moment. I hope that this healing and surrendering to the flow bring the same into your life.
