J. Michael Hall believes we spend too much time as a society thinking about the concept of fatherlessness and not enough time considering the alternative. His TEDxACU talk draws on his years of work with families to consider the importance of engaging fathers in the development and education of their children through the concept of “father-FULL-ness.”
As a “recovering” middle school teacher and principal, J. Michael Hall has seen the importance of valuing fathers first-hand. For his pioneering work over the past 15 years in the fatherhood field, he was honored as a 2012 White House Champion of Change.
