INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup or 1 stick butter (hard)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp, sugar
1/4 to 1/3 cup ice water
pinch of salt

FOR FILLING

1 cup ham (cut into tidbits)
1 small potato (cut into bits)
1 small carrot (cut into bits)
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. soy sauce (optional)
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
Cheese slices
2 tbsp. water
