LEMON CAKE 🎂- With cream cheese and Limoncello 😋

Ingredients
Sponge:
8 medium-sized eggs
Pinch of salt
270g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
40ml sunflower oil
Lemon zest
270g self raising flour
3 cake baking tins 18-19 cm diameter
Bake at 180°C/ 160° C Fan oven for 20 -25 minutes
Syrup:
200g sugar
100ml water
Lemon zest
20 ml Lemon juice - Simmer for about 2-3 minutes, strain, then add:
20 ml Limocello liqueur
Let it cool down
Filling:
200g unsalted soft butter
180g-200g icing sugar
20ml Lemon juice
600g cream cheese
0.5 tsp yellow food colouring
Lemon zest and sugar stars to decorate ✨️ 😋
Refrigerate the cake overnight
