i've suspected that i had adhd for years now (actually around peak covid times lol the internet really opened my eyes), but the whole process takes so long and it didn't help that i kept procrastinating getting diagnosed... i went to the gp back in april and the earliest psychiatrist appointment i could get was october?? but anyways, got prescribed adderall, here's my first week taking it + a sit down talk review one month later!!
