The "Surely you can defeat the Lord of Murder?" and "Whatever it is, you deserve it" options lead to essentially the same scene. The going-to-prison option does, too, but with an intermediary prison scene in between. The only way you can escape Bhaal's grasp is to k!ll yourself, it seems.
And yes, I romanced Minthara in this playthrough.
