Human Rights Commissioner Lorraine Finlay has backed calls for a Royal Commission into the Bondi attack and antisemitism.
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese insists the steps already being taken by the federal government are enough.
In a statement posted on LinkedIn, Ms Finlay says existing reviews were insufficient to understand the underlying causes of violence.
