Ingredients:
• Fish (Rohu/Katla/Chopda/your choice) – 500g
• Onion – 2 (grated)
• Tomato – 1 (chopped)
• Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Turmeric, chili, coriander powders, kasuri methi, curry leaves, tamarind juice, coconut milk, oil, salt, and fresh coriander
Steps:
1. Marinate fish pieces with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
