This is a preliminary step in my endeavor to make more pest-resistant bokashi bran/flakes. My previous batch, made following the excellent guidance of @FraserValleyRoseFarm's video -- • Bokashi Bran Recipe - DIY with Rice Water -- showed some mites after about a year in use/storage, so I decided to try my hand at using a free local waste product, coffee chaff, as my new substrate.
