Whose name did Alice Guo write on piece of paper?

Supposedly out of fear for her life, Alice Guo refused several times to publicly name an individual who had facilitated her escape attempt from the Philippines, but was ultimately convinced by senators to write the name on a piece of paper on September 9.

As the hours-long hearing drew to a close, not one mention of the name was heard, but clues abounded. A day later, Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada gave more hints on the person's identity: a Chinese "boss of all the bosses of POGO" who has already fled the country.
