How to stop sales to EU & Northern Ireland *GPSR), on Woo-Commerce without a plugin

Northern Ireland is part of United Kingdom but it's also an EU state, which means to sell into Northern Ireland, from outside the EU, and to comply with GPSR after 13th December requires an EU Representative and all the right documentation in place. If you don't have that, you can't sell into EU or Northern Ireland - unless something changes.

Today I decided to sort out my Wordpress website, with Woo commerce.
Honestly, I thought sorting out website compliance for GPSR would be easy. I expected to find a free plugin for Woo-Commerce to do the job for me. There are plugins, but the cheapest I found was $49 a year and i don't want to pay that.

Instead I've found a work around. It's a sticking plaster solution but it will do the job until anything better comes along.

This is how I've set up my Woo to avoid accidentally selling to Northern Ireland.

Personally I hate that we have to switch off sales from Northern Ireland but until we here otherwise, it's the only solution we have.
