In this video, I drive south into the coastal plain to meet up with Alex on an unseasonably warm January day. Our intentions are to find the rare eastern tiger salamander, though anything else would be a welcome find. Our pursuit took us late into the night, and despite several mishaps, we didn't come away empty handed. Thanks for watching!
