PopoloCrois Story II (PS1) - Anime Cutscene - Possessed Sania vs. Dragon Lord (subtitled)

Uploaded by request. This is an FMV cutscene from the 2000 Japan-only PS1 RPG "PopoloCrois Monogatari II," which tells the same story as the Goddess Maira chapter of the PSP game "PoPoLoCrois" - except the PS1 game does it MUCH BETTER. ;)

This particular cutscene did not actually exist in the PSP version of the game - all of this happened "off-camera," and the scene where Pietro and his companions discover the aftermath was made into an anime FMV in its place (in the original game, the aftermath scene was handled entirely through in-game sprites and voice-acted dialogue boxes - and it was the White Knight who slapped Pietro, not Narcia!).

This is one of my personal favorite scenes from the game - it's an amazingly well-animated FMV featuring lots of action, unexpected plot twists, and just in general everything you could really ask for from an anime cutscene! Probably one of my favorite cutscenes from any PS1-era RPG, in fact.
