Delicious Adeni Tea, The Right Way!

I hope you enjoy this video and the delicious tea I'm making in it. This tea stems from the wonderful country of Yemen and is from the city of Aden. Leave a comment on how yours turned out!
Ingredients:
1. Water: 2.75 cups (or 3 cups if preferred)
2. Sugar: 3 tablespoons
3. Loose English breakfast tea: 2.5 to 3 tablespoons
4. Evaporated milk: 2/3 cup
5. Cardamom: 4 grams (ground)
6. Cloves: 2
7. Ground nutmeg: A few pinches
Instructions:
1. Boil Water: Bring 2.75 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add Spices: Reduce heat, add ground cardamom, cloves, and a few pinches of ground nutmeg. Simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Add Sugar: Stir in 3 tablespoons of sugar, and let it boil for 30 seconds.
4. Add Loose Tea: Turn off the heat, add 2.5-3 tablespoons of loose English breakfast tea, stir, then turn the heat back on. Let it boil up twice, watching carefully to prevent overspilling.
5. Add Milk: Lower heat, add 2/3 cup of evaporated milk, stir, and bring to a final boil.
6. Strain: Immediately strain the tea to remove the loose leaves and spices, preventing bitterness.
7. Serve: Pour into a teapot and serve hot.
This recipe will make you about 24 fl oz. of tea which is enough for 2-4 people depending on the cup size.
You can scale this recipe to make more. You'll want to add a bit more sugar and loose tea as you scale it.
