Making a Level 2 Drop Rig for a Sig P220/P226 with Holosun PID Light

New molds are the absolute best. Makes hard jobs so much easier and get to offer that much more. Here i do a start to finish on drilling the mold, laying out the blocking, forming and then finishing this beautiful holster.

The retention on the mold needs to be adjusted slightly but i can also say that .093 thick material had a helping hand on how hard the retention was at first. The thicker the material the stiffer and harder it is to work with.
