Patent Pending from the United States Patent Office.
This syringe filler machine is made in Metro Detroit, Michigan, USA.
The principle operation of the machine is to compress the formula contained in the EMP Jar into the Syringe. 10ML, 5mL, and 3mL syringes can be filled. Product repeatability and loss is less than 5% making this syringe filler highly accurate. The machine eliminates the need for a separate dispensing container and directly fills syringes from the premixed EMP Jar.
Various viscosity of creams can be used, especially highly dense creams that are difficult in compressing within the EMP Jar, this is partly because of the highly advanced programming of the machine that allows the pharmacist or operator to tune the machine to their formula.
One compound that can be dispensed using this machine is testosterone cream used in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), also known as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
This truly is an innovative piece of equipment that now allows very dense compounds to be filled from EMP Jars into syringes, very useful for compounding pharmacies.
The inventor of this machine is Kamal Manku who is an engineer and toolmaker with over 25 years of experience assisting and consulting manufacturing industries solve their engineering, machinery and production related issues.
