5 Stars Reputation - Domain Branding

Five Stars Reputation allows agencies to customise the URL of the feedback app and all associated pages. This means agencies can have their own branded URLs, derived directly from the agency name listed in the Agency Profile.

To customise your domain branding, go to your Agency Profile and click on Domain Branding. When you tick Create, Five Stars Reputation will automatically generate a branded URL using your agency’s name. Once created, the Domain Branding page will display the White Label Domain, Base Domain, and a description for each.

If needed, you can delete the domain branding entry at any time by ticking Delete in the action column.

Once domain branding is set, your feedback app URL will now include your agency’s name. To activate this, the user must log out and then log back in using the newly created branded URL. Your existing username and password remain the same. This update gives your agency a stronger promotional identity.

Additional Notes on Domain Branding

Because the URL is based on the agency name, you can change the agency name to modify the URL. The domain will always reflect the agency name. However, before making changes to your agency name, you must delete the existing domain branding first. This ensures the changes are applied correctly. You can find the Delete button in the action column.
