Veggie Nori Siomai
Ingredients:
3 dried soy squares (rehydrated, squeezed, and minced)
150g frim tofu
5 cloves garlic
1 red onion
1 medium carrot
2 stalks spring onions
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
3-4 tbsp cornstarch
3-4 nori sheets (cut into squares)
Serve with soy sauce, calamansi or lemon juice, and chili garlic oil
