Dwen Curry on the crisis transgender people face in prison

Transgender people in prison face a higher risk of sexual assault by both inmates and staff, a study shows. Dwen Curry, a Black transgender woman who spent four years in a men's prison, joined CBSN to discuss the harsh realities trans people face while serving time behind bars and what policymakers should do.
