The Sims 4 : Rochestor Family Home - CC Free - Stop Motion Speed Build

Hi everyone!!! Welcome back to my channel. This build features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This home also features a spacious garage perfect for tinker's, some great play areas for children including a fun little playhouse out in the backyard and a room dedicated for play inside for those rainy cold days. This home sits on a 40x40 lot and I used almost all packs to build and furnish it. This home was also built and inspired by my very favorite secondlife home by Onsu. If you play SL then I highly suggest you check it out. This home I have built has my own tweaks to the floorplan as I wish it would have been made.

This build is 100% CC Free
Art used is not CC, but found in the Sims 4 Gallery. It will show up in your game when downloaded you do not need to do anything special. I also used items from debug.
