Ingredients
75g (5 ½ tbsp) of salted butter
+
50g (3 ½ tbsp) of pure ghee
OR
½ cup+1 tbsp (125g) unsalted butter + ¼ tsp salt
OR
½ cup+1 tbsp (125g) pure ghee + ¼ tsp salt
½ cup (105g) granulated sugar, powdered
OR 1 cup powdered sugar
¾ cup (75g) desiccated coconut + ¼ cup for rolling
1 ¼ cup maida (160g)
½ tsp baking powder
1 -2 tbsp milk
Yellow, pink, and green food colours (optional)
