This show is notable, not just because Low played a stellar show, but because they also paid tribute to Mister Rogers, who died earlier in the day. (If you listen closely, you can hear the audience join in during "The Weekend Song.")
Low had released their "Trust" album the year before, so this concert featured excellent performances of "Candy Girl," "(That's How You Sing) Amazing Grace," "Little Argument with Myself," "John Prine," and "Canada," as well as Low classics like "Sunflower" and "Violence." Unfortunately, I ran out of tape before the show ended, so I wasn't able to record the last couple of songs, which included "Starfire" and "Over the Ocean" (one of my favorite Low songs).
Note: I apologize in advance for some of the random panning and zooming that happens at various points in the video (e.g., that extreme close-up of Zak Sally's bass during "John Prine"). My arms got tired while holding the camera so I gave it to a friend to keep recording the show, and he decided to get a little "artsy" with his filming.
(Partial) Setlist:
1) Candy Girl
2) (That's How You Sing) Amazing Grace
3) Tonight
4) Little Argument with Myself
5) John Prine
6) You Are Special
7) Sunflower
8) La La La Song
9) The Weekend Song
10) Violence
11) Canada
12) Two-Step
13) Point of Disgust
