City Bridge Foundation's Spotlight Talk with Asma Shah, CEO of You Make It.

Fifty guests joined Asma for a special presentation on the power of using lived and shared experiences to create and deliver holistic empowerment programmes for young Black and Brown women.

This was the first of City Bridge Foundation’s new Spotlight Talks, designed to give a platform to some of the organisations we fund, providing an opportunity for experts to speak about their sector, expertise and funded work.

This recording features the main panel session, but omits the wider discussion which followed, to respect participants’ privacy.
