Today we are sharing how we found our unorganized land, tips and recommendations if you are thinking of buying land, and HOW MUCH we paid for 40 acres of unorganized land in Ontario, Canada.

When we were looking for unorganized land we had no idea where to start and there was few information out there!

Unorganized land (Unincorporated townships) means: any geographic region in Canada that does not form part of a municipality or Indian reserve. In these areas, the lowest level of government is provincial or territorial. NO BUILDING PERMITS REQUIRED (Some restrictions may apply)
