This video has not yet been edited to remove the approximately 15 minutes of the Town Seal at the beginning of the video.
Note: We start the live broadcast about 15 minutes before the meeting, that way viewers can find the YouTube video and join before the meeting begins. This results in about 15 minutes with only the Town Seal appearing at the beginning of the video. Later we trim the leading 15 minutes or so, but we can't trim it until YouTube has finished processing the video and creating the Closed Captions, which typically takes about 24 hours. We also trim to remove the time while board members are in Executive Session as there is nothing other than the town seal in the video during that time.
